西部地区高等教育中外合作办学的现状与发展对策——以云南省和陕西省为例

摘　　要：西部地区高校如何发展中外合作办学,引进优质教育资源,正在成为研究的热点。通过统计法、比较法和文本分析法,对云南省和陕西省高等教育中外合作办学进行研究,发现中外合作办学布局不均衡,中方合作者多集中于重点高校,外方合作者则主要来自欧美发达国家,且存在专业结构单一等问题。为推动西部地区中外合作办学持续稳定发展,需要逐步拓宽办学主体,挖掘发展潜力;坚持循序渐进,推动科学发展;优化专业结构,满足社会需求;面向"一带一路",融入国家战略。At present, how to promote the development of Chinese - foreign cooperation in running schools and introduce the excellent educational resources in the west area have become the hotspots of research. Through the statistical, textual analysis and comparison methods, the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools of higher education in Yunnan and Shanxi province was studied, and it shows the imbalanced distribution, the cooperation mainly focusing on the key universities, most of foreign partners from the developed countries in European and American, mono - structure in specialty and so on. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development, the subject of the running schools in the west area should be broadened, potentialities to be exploited; stick to the principle of gradual and orderly progress, and promote the scientific progress ; optimize the structure of the majors, and meet the needs of society ; face to the Belt and Road, and integrate it into the national strategy.
