甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合CO_2激光治疗多发性跖疣的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合CO_2激光治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将180例患者随机分为对照组(CO2激光组)、治疗组(CO_2激光+甘露聚糖肽胶囊组),观察两组的疗效和复发情况。结果:治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,P<0.05。两组痊愈患者随访半年,治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。两组患者均未见全身不良反应。结论:甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合CO_2激光治疗多发性跖疣临床效果明确,能降低跖疣的复发率,安全有效。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Mannatide Capsules with CO_2 laser in treatment of multiple plantar warts.Methods;180 patients were randomly divided into control group（CO_2 laser group）,treatment group（CO_2 ＋ Mannatide Capsules group）,the efficacy and recurrence of the 2 groups were observed.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,P〈0.05.2 groups of patients were followed up for six months,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05.2 groups of patients with no systemic adverse reactions.Conclusion：The Mannatide Capsules CO_2 laser in the treatment of clinical effect of multiple verruca plantaris is clear,can reduce the recurrence rate,safe and effective.
