摘　　要：目的:探讨反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿25羟基维生素D_3[25(OH)D_3/25 HVD_3]及免疫球蛋白的变化情况。方法:100例RRTI患儿随机分成A组和B组,各50例,另选50名健康体检儿童为C组,A组、B组采取常规治疗措施,B组再给予维生素D治疗。将三组不同阶段的25 HVD_3及免疫球蛋白进行比较。结果:三组各阶段的IgM水平对比无统计学意义,治疗前,A组和B组25 HVD_3、IgA、IgG水平均低于C组,P<0.05;治疗后3个月,B组的25 HVD_3、IgA、IgG水平均高于A组,低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:RRTI患儿存在25 HVD_3、IgA、IgG水平偏低的情况,维生素D治疗RRTI效果较为理想。Objective：To investigate the changes of 25HVD3 and immunoglobulin in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection（RRTI）.Methods：100 cases of RRTI were randomly divided into A group and B group,each with a total of 50 cases,the other 50 healthy children were selected as C group,A group and B group were treated with conventional treatment,B group was treated with vitamin D.The three groups of 25HVD3 and immunoglobulin were compared.Results：Comparison of IgM levels in the three groups in each stage of no statistical significance before treatment,A group and B group 25 HVD3,IgA and IgG level were lower than the C group,P〈0.05;3 months after treatment,B group 25（OH） D3,IgA and IgG level were higher than A group,lower than that of group C（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：25HVD3,IgA and IgG levels were low in children with RRTI,and the effect of vitamin D on RRTI was satisfactory.
