摘  要:西南地区煤层地质条件复杂,中小煤矿居多,严重制约了煤矿机械化水平的提高。通过对该地区煤层地质条件的整体分类,并对现有的机械化采煤工艺适用性进行分析,采用模糊综合评价方法建立了复杂地质条件评价模型,实现了不同地质条件下采煤工艺的优化选择。而后,基于Java语言及CDP平台开发了开采模式决策专家系统,涵盖了地质条件录入、采煤方法选择、地质条件评价计算、采煤工艺选择、设备选型等功能,最终实现了西南地区复杂难采煤层安全开采模式的智能化决策。Mechanization level improving of coal mine was restricted seriously as complicate geological situation of coal seam and more small and medium coal mines in southwest area in domestic. After integral classify of coal seam geological situation, and the feasibility of mechanization mining technology in hand w,as analyzed, evaluation model of complicated geological situation was built with fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, optimization selection of coal mining technology under different geological situation was realized, and then, mining pattern expert decision-making system was developed based on Java language and CDP plaform, which include geolog-ical situation input, coal mining method selection, geological situation evaluation and calculation, coal mining technology selection, equipment selection and so on, finally, intelligent decision of safety mining pattern of complicated and difficulty mining coal seam in southwest was implemented.
