摘  要:为解决昊华能源股份有限公司红庆梁煤矿井下煤仓凿井速度慢、施工效率低的问题,在国内首次开展了CO_2气相致裂掘进的技术应用。根据CO_2致裂器性能、岩层地质条件和现场试验条件,完成了气相掘进致裂钻孔设计、布孔,以及施工工艺应用和煤仓掘进施工。应用表明:致裂器可以在特殊领域替代炸药进行掘进;凿井过程安全,无有毒有害气体产生,单循环致裂掘进深度1~1.2m,不会对围岩稳定性产生影响;致裂后矸石松动显著易破碎,而且容易清理,提高了作业效率。In order to solve the problems of low speed and ineffectively construction of coal bunker tunneling in Hongqingliang coal mine of Haohua energy Co. , Ltd. , And CO2 gas-phase fracturing technology was applied for the first time in domestic. According CO2 fracturing equipment characters, strata geological situation and field experimental situation, then drilling hole of fracturing and distri-bution , construction technology application and coal bunker tunneling wee finished, the field test showed that explosive could be re-placed by fracturing equipment in some special area during tunneling, mine construction process was safety, without non-toxic and hazard free gas appeared, fracturing tunneling depth could reached 1 -1. 2m in single cycle, and the stability of surrounding rock would not be influenced, gangue was loosely and easily broken, then clearing easily, and working performance was improved.
