水泥改善石英云母片岩填筑路基技术分析

摘　　要：某高速公路位于丘陵区,路线穿越石英云母片岩分布区域,为建设绿色公路、节约资源、降低弃方量、减少弃土场占地、避免原借土石方,利用全强风化石英云母片岩作为路基填料。对全强风化石英云母片岩原材料进行路用性能试验,发现该填料CBR不能满足路基填料要求,采用水泥对该填料进行改良,分析了多种水泥剂量下填料的工程特性,并铺筑了试验段,验证了水泥改良石英云母片岩,可用于路基填筑。An expressway is located in hilly area,and its route passes through the distribution area of quartz-mica schist,so the full-and strong-weathering quartz-mica schist is used as the subgrade filling to construct green highway,save resources,reduce digging soil amount,decrease land occupation of spoil ground,and avoid borrowing of original earth-rock. The pavement performance test is made on raw materials of full-and strong-weathering quartz-mica schist. It is discovered that this kind of filling CBR cannot meet the requirement of subgrade filling,so this kind of filling is improved by using cement,the engineering characteristics of filling under many kinds of cement dosages are analyzed,the test section is paved,and cement improved quartz-mica schist is verified for subgrade filling.
