摘　　要：随着我国人口结构转变日益迅速,传统社区居家养老服务模式存在的问题越来越凸显,已经无法满足老年人对及时性、灵活性、多样性、便捷性养老服务的需求。然而,"互联网+"与城市社区居家养老服务的融合发展将会为这些难题的解决提供新的工具和思路。为此,本文以"互联网+"与城市社区居家养老服务深度融合为切入点,在综述国内外相关研究的基础之上,从供给和需求两个角度,分别以政策基础、技术基础、经济基础、心理基础这四个视角来剖析在我国构建"互联网+社区居家养老"服务模式的可行性,从而为"互联网+社区居家养老"服务模式的健康发展奠定理论基础。With the transformation of China＇s population structure is becoming more and more quickly, the problems existing in the traditional mode of community home - based care service are more and more obvious, it has been unable to meet the needs of the elderly on timeliness, diversity, flexibility and convenience of pension services. However,the integration development of ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ and the community home - based care services will provide new tools and ideas for solving these problems. Therefore, based on the integration of ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ and pension services and the related research at home and abroad, this thesis analyses the feasibility of the service model of ＂Internet ＋ community home - based care＂ from two aspects of supply and demand, with the policy basis technology basis, economic basis, psychological basis to lay the theoretical foundation for the healthy development of the ＂Internet ＋ community home - based care＂ service model.
