摘 要:阻爆阀门是自动阻爆装置主要组成设备之一,其关断时间也是自动阻爆装置的关键性能参数,这是因为如果关断时间过长自动阻爆装置将失去阻火作用,丧失其存在的意义,为此开展了阻爆阀门关断时间影响因素研究。分析了阻爆阀门的机械结构和工作原理,在此基础上提出了关断时间影响因素,并对各影响因素进行了分析,通过阻爆阀门关断时间试验掌握了影响因素的作用规律和相关技术参数,对阻爆阀门优化设计和生产加工具有指导意义。Explosion-resistant valve is one of the main components of automatic explosion-resistant device,the shutdown time is also a key performance parameter of automatic explosion-resistant device,this is because if the shutdown time is too long,the automatic explosion-resistant device will lose the role of fire resistance and lose its significance,so the influence factor of the shutoff time of explosion-resistant valve was studied.Firstly,the mechanical structure and working principle of the valve were analyzed.On this basis,the influence factor of the shutdown time was put forward,and the influence factors were analyzed.Finally,the function rule of the influence factor and the related technical parameters are obtained through the test of the shutdown time of the explosion-resistant valve,which has important guiding significance for the optimization design and the production process of the explosion-resistant valve.
