摘  要:为了研究两柱掩护式综放支架在不同围岩条件下的承载特性和适应性,通过支架结构受力分析,得出了ZFY12000/23/40D两柱掩护式综放支架在特定工况下的合理承载区间仅为0.81 m,两柱掩护式综放支架的受力平衡区和合理承载区间的范围主要受到平衡千斤顶上下腔额定工作阻力的制约。当增大平衡千斤顶的额定工作阻力时,可使两柱综放支架的立柱工作区和合理承载区间显著增大,进而扩大支架对围岩的适用范围。根据不同煤层和不同时期两柱掩护式综放支架平衡千斤顶的受力实测,分析得出在硬煤条件下平衡千斤顶主要处于受拉状态,在软煤条件下平衡千斤顶主要处于受压状态,中硬煤条件下,平衡千斤顶受力较小,支架更容易实现自身稳定。In order to study the bearing characteristics and adaptability of two-leg hydraulic powered caving supports under different surrounding rock conditions,some research results were drawn through force analysis of support structure:the reasonable carrying range of ZFY12000/23/40D two-leg hydraulic powered caving supports is only 0.81 m.The force balance area and reasonable carrying range of two-leg hydraulic powered caving supports is mainly constrained by rated working resistance of balance jack′s upper and lower chamber.When the rated working resistance of the balanced jack is increased,the column work area and reasonable carrying area of two-leg hydraulic powered caving supports increase significantly,and the adaptation scope of supports to the surrounding rock is expanded.According to the force measurement of balance jack of two-leg hydraulic powered caving supports in different coal seams and different periods,it could be concluded that:the balance jack is mainly in the state of tension under hard coal conditions,and in a pull state under hard coal conditions,while the force of balance jack is small under medium hard coal conditions,and the supports are easier to achieve their own stability.
