复杂条件下大倾角大采高综放液压支架改进及应用研究

摘　　要：由于煤层倾角大,地质条件复杂,长期以来,鹤煤公司煤炭开采都是以炮放和轻型综放为主,现有的设备和工艺技术较为落后,效率低、安全管理难度大,已无法满足安全高效高产需要。为此,通过认真分析大倾角大采高综放开采技术难点,在现有的ZF2800型轻型综放配套设备和ZF5600型大采高放顶煤综采设备的基础上,对支架结构形式、顶梁和伸缩梁、底座、侧护板等防倒防滑关键部位进行了优化改进,研发了适合鹤煤地质条件的ZF6400/19/32型综采配套设备,并在倾角为28°的3010工作面进行了试验,工作面回采期间没有发生过支架歪倒、挤架、咬架等问题,支护效果明显,片帮冒顶显著减少,单产水平和工效明显提高。该工作面的成功开采为推广使用大倾角大采高综采放顶煤开采技术提供了实践经验和技术保障。Because the dip angle is large and geological condition is complicated,for a long time,the mainly mining technology is blast mining top-coal drawing and comprehensive light-duty coal mining technology in Hebi Mine,the equipment and process technology is relatively backward,the efficiency is low and safety management is difficult,have been unable to meet the needs of the safe and efficient high yield.In order to change this situation,through careful analysis mining technical difficulties,on the basis of the type of ZF2800 and ZF5600,the key parts,such as support structure,support beam,supporters′ base,support side guard,were improved.ZF6400/19/32 was also developed for fully mechanized equipment,and the trial is successful in the 3010 mining face at the dip angle of 28°.Hydraulic support did not happen crowded,bited,tiped during the mining period,support effect was very obvious,spalling was significantly reduced,per unit area yield and work efficiency was significantly improved.Provides practical experience and technical support for promote use the fully-mechanized top coal caving mining technology with large angle and large mining height with the successful mining of the face.
