摘 要:我国煤炭主要生产基地和消费市场的不平衡,严重制约了煤炭物流能力的提升。基于此,在介绍煤炭物流、物流能力及层次分析法等相关理论的基础上,建立了贴合煤炭物流特点的指标体系,继而使用层次分析法对影响煤炭物流能力的各要素展开评价,结合河南能源化工集团的实际情况,对所建模型进行了验证求解,并针对结果提出河南能化集团提升煤炭物流能力的外部应对策略和内部管理建议,为集团发展煤炭物流业务提供了新思路,有利于集团构建绿色高效煤炭物流体系。Because of the imbalance between the main production base of China′s coal and consumer market,the ability of the coal logistics is severely restricted in China.Based on this,this paper introduced the coal logistics,analyzed the logistics capability and Analytic Hierarchy Process and so on.At beginning,the authors set up the index system with the characteristics of coal logistics,then AHP was used to analyze and evaluate influence factors of coal logistics capability.In the end,this paper combined with the actual situation of Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group and verified the model built above.According to the results,the authors put forward the external strategy and internal management advice that promote the coal logistics capability of the company,which offers a new way for the group to develop coal logistics business.This is conductive to construct green and efficient coal logistics system for the whole group.
