摘 要:通过对527名世居少数民族成员的调查,基于工资报酬、就业稳定性、社会保险的完全性、工作生活平衡度及职业发展等五个方面对就业质量进行了实证描述,并从民族特征、宗教信仰等两个方面界定了先赋因素,从技能培训、教育提升和信息传播等三个方面界定了后致因素,通过回归分析探讨了这两个因素五个方面对就业质量的影响。研究表明,青藏地区世居少数民族就业质量总体水平较低,先赋因素和后致因素对就业质量的影响总体比较显著。研究认为,提高市场化程度,开发一批符合当地实际的产业及大力提高教育水平和完善培训机制有助于提高世居少数民族成员的就业质量。Based on the 527 members of the ethnic groups of the survey, and based on complete wages, employment stabi l ity, social insurance, work-life balance and career development , this paper conducts a positive study on these five aspects of employment quality and i t defines two aspects of national identity, religion and other three factors, i. e.,skills training, education promotion and dissemination of information. After defining the factors induced by regression analysis, this paper explores the impact of these two kinds of factors? influence on the quality of employment in the five areas mentioned above . Studies have shown that the quality of employment ethnic groups lowers the overall level of the Qinghai-Tibet region, affecting factors (national identity, religion, skills training, education, etc) have a significant effect on the five aspects of the overall quality of employment. Improving market efficiency, in line with local conditions to develop a number of industries and to raise the level of education and training mechanisms will help improve the quality of employment ethnic groups members.
