摘　　要：陆疆安全是国家安全和边疆安全的重要组成部分,全球化时代谁将是陆疆的"戍边人"。文章基于文化戍边理念,从国际与国内两方面分析陆疆文化面临的挑战,并以软实力理论与文化治理理论来阐述陆疆文化戍边的必要性,并对文化戍边理论进行阐释,力求建构一种陆疆文化戍边理论。Land frontier security is an important part of national security and border security,who will be the era of globalization 'guard the frontier' of the borderland.In this paper,based on the concept of culture guard frontier,from the two aspects of the international and domestic analyzed the land border culture facing challenges,and the cultural governance theory and soft power theory explains the necessity of the land frontier culture guard frontier,the interpretation of the culture guard frontier theory,in order to construct the culture guard frontier theory.
