摘  要:20世纪后半期,后现代主义迅速崛起,成为战后世界的重大思想事件。虽然后现代主义以挑战传统思想的斗士形象出现,但伊格尔顿看到了其深陷西方传统思想之中的痼疾。自古希腊起的西方理论话语就存在着一种神话倾向,存在着用第二秩序语言形式遮蔽现实世界的问题。后现代主义借助了传统的概念对传统进行批判的理论道路是行不通的。因此,伊格尔顿指出,马克思既认识到了人的文化属性,也重视人的自然属性。他从政治经济学批判入手,通过对资本主义生产方式的分析开辟出了一种重建世界秩序的可能性。对照后现代主义和马克思主义理论的优劣,突出马克思主义在解释世界、改造世界方面的理论力量,是伊格尔顿批判后现代主义的理论旨归。In the latter half of the twentieth century, the rapid rise of postmodernism became a major ideolog-ical event in the postwar world. Although postmodernism has challenged the traditional thoughts with its imageof fighters, Eagleton saw the chronic illness in his thoughts limited in western traditional thinking. There was amyth tendency in the western theory discourse from ancient Greece, that is, the second order language thatcovers the issues in real world. It was unavailable that postmodernism employed traditional concepts to criticizethe traditional. Therefore, Eagleton pointed out that Marx not only recognized the cultural attribute of humanbeings, but also paid attention to their natural attributes. Starting from the critique of political economy, heopened up a possibility of reconstructing world order by analyzing the capitalist mode of production. Comparingthe advantages and disadvantages of postmodernism and Marxist theory, he consumed his purpose of criticizingpostmodernism as highlighting the theoretical strength of Marx's theory in explaining the world and transformingthe world.
