摘  要:汽车轮胎压力监测系统(TPMS)是行车安全的保障。文章研究了直接式胎温胎压监测系统的结构和工作原理,采用英飞凌SP370传感模块和TDA5235RF接收芯片设计了一种直接式汽车胎温胎压监测系统。重点解决了轮胎的压力、温度数据实时监测及发射器与接收器距离远,接收信号不可靠等问题。所设计的系统体积小、功耗低,在每天行车15小时的情况下,模块使用周期在五年以上。且数据采集发射模块的温度压力测量精度高,可以确保传输数据的准确性,并能在胎压过高、过低或温度过高时报警。进而达到行车安全、节省油耗的作用。Automobile tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) is the guarantee of driving safety. This paper studies the structure and working principle of Pressure-Sensor Based TPMS, adopting Infineon SP370 sensor module and TDA5235RF receiver chip to design a Pres-sure-Sensor Based TPMS. Focus on solving the tire pressure, tire temperature data real-time monitoring, transmitter is far away from receiv-er, received signal is not reliable and so on. The designed system is small in size and low in power consumption, In the case of 15 hours driving a day, the module usage cycle is more than five years. And that the temperature and pressure measurement accuracy of data acquisi-tion and transmission module not less than ±2% FS, ensuring the accuracy of data transmission, and when the tire pressure is too high, too low or the tire temperature is too high, the system alarming. Thus, achieving the effectiveness of driving safety, saving fuel consumption.
