摘  要:本文利用复合式固定床中试装置,通过调整一次空气量、二次空气量、进料量等参数,控制各反应区温度和反应深度,对玉米秸秆成型燃料进行了气化试验研究。试验结果表明,复合式固定床对成型燃料具有较好的适应性,炉内各区的温度分布合理,各区实现了稳定的化学反应平衡,气化效率达75.4%;二次风量的大小对气体燃烧区燃烧温度、产气热值的变化影响明显;通过焦油裂解区的高温温度场能够实现燃气中焦油在炉内较为完全的裂解,所产燃气具有较高的热值。Using compound fixed bed pilot plant,and by adjusting the primary air volume,the two air volume and the feed quantity to control the temperature and the reaction depth of each reaction zone,the experimental study on the gasification of corn straw briquette fuel was carried out. The experimental results showed that the compound fixed bed had good adaptability to the straw briquette fuel,the temperature distribution in the furnace was reasonable,the stability of the chemical reaction equilibrium was achieved,and the gasification efficiency was as high as 75.4%. At the same time,the second air flow rate had obvious influence on the combustion temperature,as well as on the calorific value of gas in the gas combustion zone. Through the high temperature field of the tar cracking zone,tar in gas could be cracked in the furnace more completely,and the gas had a higher calorific value.
