摘 要:割台及过桥是联合收割机完成切割和输送的重要部件。收割机工作时,减小割台及过桥振动,能够有效降低收获作业中的落粒损失。基于此,对联合收割机的割台及过桥进行有限元模态分析,建立联合收割机割台及过桥的三维模型,对其进行约束模态的有限元分析,得到割台及过桥前二十阶约束模态的固有频率及相应振型;将分析得到的模态频率与工作中的激振频率做比较分析,提出进一步的改进措施。Header and inclined conveyer are important parts of combine harvester. Decreasing the vibration of header and inclined conveyer during working can effectively reduce the grain loss of harvesting. Hence, finite element modal analysis of header and inclined conveyer was conducted, and three-dimensional model was established. Based on that, finite element analysis with constraints was carried out, and natural frequencies and modal shapes of the first twenty stages of constraint modals were obtained. The modal fre quencies were compared with excitation frequencies during harvesting, and then, further improvement measures were put forward.
