摘　　要：针对锅炉旋流煤粉燃烧器技术要求高,形位公差精度要求严格,制造难度大等特点,通过对产品结构特点和影响成型质量的关键点进行总结分析,对制造工艺进行了优化改进,提高了产品制造质量。The boiler swirl pulverized coal burner has high geometric tolerance,the manufacturing difficulty is large. technical requirements and hing-precision Through the analysis of the key points of the product structure and the quality of the forming quality, the manufacturing process is optimized and improved.
