摘  要:分别利用乌氏黏度计、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)和电导率仪分析测定了MU,GNAI和NDF添加剂的相对分子质量、分子结构和临界胶束浓度(CMC),用紫外-可见分光光度计和表面接触角仪测定、计算了添加剂与煤的极限吸附量和表面张力,用pH计测定了单种添加剂与复配添加剂的pH值.基于以上测定分析,结合湿法制浆实验,初步建立了适用于低阶煤制浆的添加剂筛选流程.结果表明:添加剂与煤的表面吸附特性是影响水煤浆制备的重要因素,20℃时0.1g/L的添加剂与煤的表面张力值为45mN/m^60mN/m,萘系添加剂的pH值大于7.5,木质素磺酸盐及高含量木质素磺酸盐复配添加剂溶液选配的较适宜pH值范围为7.0~8.7.通过添加剂的复配可以发挥各添加剂组分在分散和粒子制备方面的优势,获得良好的制浆效果.The relative molecular mass,molecular structure and critical micelle concentration(CMC)of MU,GNAI and NDF additives were investigated using ubbelohde viscometer,Fourier infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and conductivity instrument,respectively.The coal maximum adsorption and surface tension were inspected and calculated using ultraviolet spectrophotometer and surface contact angle meter.The pH value of additives and compound additives were tested by pH meter.According to these test analysis and results of wet slurry preparation,the additive selecting process for coal water slurry was investigated.The results show that the additives and surface adsorption characteristics of coal are the important factors that affect CWS preparation.The surface tension of 0.1g/L additive solution and coal ranges from 45mN/m to 60mN/m at 20℃,the pH value of GNAI additive is greater than 7,and the suitable pH value is 7.0-8.7 for MU and its complex with high MU components.The advantages of compound additives in dispersing and particle preparation can be used to obtain good slurryability.
