摘　　要：研究物联网技术在医院感染管理中的应用,提高医院感染检测与管理水平。物联网技术是通过超高频射频识别技术等现代信息手段,实现全方位、全时空监控医院感染管理工作所涉及的每个细节,对医院的人员、设备、环境、流程实施实时智能识别和智慧管理,从而达到快速发现、智能预警和有效处理医院感染事件的目的。本研究对物联网及其技术在医院感染管理工作中的应用进行探讨和通过物联网技术实现医院感染的精准感控,建立基于物联网技术的各种医院感染管理子系统。The review is to study the application of internet of things technology in management of nosocomial infection so as to improve the detection and management of nosocomial infections.The internet of things technology can help to achieve all-round,entire space-time monitoring of management of nosocomial infection via modern information means such as ultrahigh radio frequency identification technology（RFID）,the intelligent identification and management of persons,facilities,environment,and procedures help to achieve the destination of rapid identification,intelligent forecasting and effective treatment of nosocomial infection incidents.The review elaborates the internet of things technology and its application in management of nosocomial infection,the nosocomial infection management subsystems should be established based on the internet of things technology so as to achieve accurate control of nosocomial infection through the internet of things technology.
