摘  要:目的探讨运用全自动清洗消毒器对呼吸机呼出盒的清洗效果,并对呼出盒进行性能测试。方法选取MAQUET SERVO-S呼吸机的呼气封闭盒80个,其中A组40个,用500mg/L含氯消毒剂浸泡30-60分钟消毒并自然干燥,B组40个呼吸盒常规含氯消毒剂浸泡后、使用前检测显示发生技术性故障,回收至消毒供应中心,采用全自动清洗器进行清洗消毒,对2组不同清洗消毒方法消毒前、后呼吸机呼出盒的清洗效果进行比较,并比较消毒前后故障通过率。结果两组呼出盒消毒前细菌阳性率均为100%,消毒后分别降至2.5%和0.0%;消毒后细菌菌落中位数分别为8CFU/cm^2和4CFU/cm^2,降低对数值均数分别为4.36和5.13,两组差异无统计学意义;B组使用前检测通过率由0提高到57.5%(P<0.05)。结论 2种消毒方法均能达到高水平消毒效果,但全自动清洗消毒器能提高呼出盒的使用前检测通过率,节约成本,更能满足临床需要。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of automatic washer-disinfector on cleaning of exhalation boxes of ventilators and examine the performance of the exhalation boxes.METHODS Totally 80 exhalation boxes of MAQUET SERVO-S ventilator were enrolled in the study and divided into the group A with 40 and the group B with 40.The group A was treated with 500mg/L of chlorine-containing disinfectant for soaking for 30-60 min and naturally dried,the 40 exhalation boxes of the group B were soaked with conventional chlorine-containing disinfectant and were returned to central sterilization and supply department due to technical failure,the automatic washer-disinfector was employed for cleaning and disinfection,the cleaning effect of exhalation boxes of ventilators of the two groups was compared before and after the disinfection,and the pass rate of failure was compared before and after the disinfection.RESULTS The positive rate of bacteria was 100%in the exhalation boxes of both groups before the disinfection,which was decreased to 2.5% and 0.0% after the disinfection.The median bacterial colony counts were 8CFU/cm^2 in the group A,4CFU/cm^2 in the group B;the mean reduced logarithmic value was 4.36 in the group A,5.13 in the group B,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.The pass rate of examination of the group B was increased from 0 to 57.5% before the exhalation boxes were used(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONBoth the disinfection approaches can achieve remarkable disinfection effect,however,the automatic washer-disinfector may significantly raise the pass rate of examination of the exhalation boxes before they are used,save cost,and meet the clinical needs.
