摘　　要：在所有的肠道吻合技术中，单层缝合被认为是比较好的方法。与其他单层缝合技术比较，Gambee垂直褥式缝合被认为更具有生物机械学及组织愈合优势。本文介绍一种新型的垂直褥式胃肠吻合技术，其主要优点是缝合方法简单、确切，保证黏膜自动内翻；缝合过程仅需两次进针、出针；缝合要领是深进一浅出，浅进一深出。在开放手术时采取间断缝合：在腹腔镜、机器人手术时采取连续缝合。Among the different anastomotic methods, single layer anastomosis has shown better results compared to double layer techniques. Gambee technique is consided to be the better biomechanical and histological results compared to the other one-layer anastomotic techniques. An alternative to single-layer hand-sewn anastomotic technique is introduced as follow. The main advantage of this technique is simple and reliable, to ensure the mucosa automated turn over inside. The procedure includes two times giving and withdrew the needle. Remerber giving the needle deep, withdrew it superficially, and then giving the needle superficially, withdrew it deep, it will be caught on soon. Disconnected suture is suitable for open surgery and running suturing is convenient for laparoscopic and robotic surgery.
