摘 要:目前,色谱法、光谱法、显微技术和电化学方法等已成功用于手性化合物分离分析的定性和定量研究,并取得了一定的研究进展,其中,电分析方法因具有灵敏度高、仪器简单、检测快速等特点而广受关注。本文综述了近几年来电化学方法用于手性识别的研究进展,评述并展望了该领域的发展前景。At present, chromatographic, spectroscopic, microscopic and electrochemical methods have been successfully used in the qualitative and quantitative study of separation and analysis of chiral compounds, and many significant progresses have been made over the past years. Among these approaches, electrochemical methods have attracted a lot of attention owing to the advantages of high sensitivity, simple instrument and fast detection. In this article, the research progress of electrochemical method for chiral recognition was reviewed, and the prospects of this field were also put forward.
