摘　　要：利用国际化要素替换波特钻石模型中的机遇得到改进波特钻石模型,基于态势分析法(SWOT)分析思想,进一步改进一般化双重钻石模型;在此基础上,以M市海洋工程装备产业定位为例,提出改进一般化双重钻石模型与态势分析-层次分析(SWOT-AHP)集成方法。该分析方法避免钻石模型缺乏外部机会、威胁分析的不足,弥补SWOT的分析按非此即彼方式归类界定竞争力要素的缺陷和分析设计竞争力要素缺乏理论分析范式的不足,融合SWOT-AHP方法的战略决策定量化优点。Opportunities were replaced by international factors in revised diamond model. Furthermore, a general double-diamond model was revised based on SWOT method. The ＂revised general double diamond model integrated with SWOT-AHP＂ method was illustrated by the case of industry orientation of offshore engineering equipment in M city. The SWOT-AHP method has an advantage of quantitative analysis and makes up the following defects： opportunities and threats aren＇t analyzed with diamond model; competitiveness indexes are only classed into one of four types （strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats） with SWOT analysis; theoretical paradigmatic is lacking in the SWOT analysis of competitiveness.
