希明婷片治疗绝经后更年期综合征的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨希明婷片治疗绝经后更年期综合征的疗效及其安全性。方法选取该院于2014年1月—2016年1月间收治的90例绝经后更年期综合征患者,将其随机分为观察组以及对照组,每组45例,比较两组患者的症状疗效以及治疗前后的E2、FSH、子宫内膜厚度的变化以及不良反应情况。结果治疗前后两组患者的E2、FSH、子宫内膜厚度的变化比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组中出现1例头晕、1例呕吐以及2例恶心不适,并发症的发生率为11.43%(4/35),对照组中出现2例头晕,1例阴道出血以及2例恶心不适,并发症的发生率为14.29%(5/35),两组间并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在绝经后采用希明婷片进行治疗可以明显改善更年期综合征的症状,且不会引起激素水平以及子宫内膜厚度的变化,不会增加副作用,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the curative effect and safety of Ximingting tablets in treatment of climacteric syndrome after menopause. Methods 90 cases of patients with climacteric syndrome after menopause admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the curative effect and E2, FSH, changes of endometrium thickness and side effect before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The differences in the E2, FSH and endometrium thickness between the two groups before and after treatment had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）, and in the observation group, there was 1 case with dizziness, 1 case with vomiting and 1 cases with nausea, and the incidence rate of complications was 11.43% （4/35）;in the control group, there were 2 cases with dizziness, 1 case with colporrhagia and 2 cases with nausea, and the incidence rate of complications was 14.29%（5/35）, and the difference in the incidence rate of complications had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The Ximingting tablets after menopause can obviously improve the climacteric syndrome but it will not cause the hormonal level and endometrium thickness changes and increase the side effect, which is worth promotion and application.
