摘 要:针对实际工况、环境介质综合影响刮板输送机运料中板磨损行为的复杂问题,开展中板与煤、矸石、水等混合物料的磨损试验,利用统计学原理、交互作用技术和现代摩擦学理论对获得的试验数据进行研究与分析.结果表明:中板磨损量随接触压力、滑动速度的增加而增加;在接触压力、滑动速度一定的情况下,磨损量随水、煤、矸石中的水的比例升高而减少;中板的磨损形式主要为磨粒磨损、黏着磨损、腐蚀磨损和疲劳磨损,分布在磨损机制分布图的轻度、中度及重度破坏区内.Aiming at the complicated problems of the wear behavior of the armoured face conveyor in the actual working condition and the environment medium, the wear tests of middle pan against the mixture of the coal, gangue and water were carried out. Using the statistical principle, the interaction technology and the modern tribology theory,the experimental data were studied and analyzed. The results show that the wear increased with the increase of contact pressure and sliding speed. Under fixed contact pressure and sliding speed, the wear decreased with the increasing ratio of water in the mixture of water, coal and gangue; The wear mechanism of the plate were mainly abrasive wear in mild wear regime, adhesive wear and corrosion wear in moderate wear regime and fatigue wear in severe wear regime.
