摘  要:介绍了一种用于高效清除农田表层土壤中害虫、虫卵及草籽等有害物质的新型表层土壤高温喷烧机械.该设备颠覆了传统的农业灭虫、除草方法,利用机械机构进行农田表层密集开缝,并在土壤缝隙内进行高温火焰快速喷烧来提高土壤温度,杀灭病虫害及草籽草根。在土壤开缝喷烧后通过特定机构将缝隙闭合,防止了烟尘的产生,有效杜绝了火灾的发生及空气污染。其只喷烧农田浅层土壤,不破坏农作物根部及深层土壤的营养成分,旨在减少农药及灭草剂的使用。保护环境与食品安全。A calcination machinery is introduced which developed for efficient scavenging in the farmland soil insects, seeds, such as eggs and harmful substances in the model of surface soil temperature. The equipment subvert traditional agricultural pest control and weeding method, farmland surface intensive slotted by the mechanism, improved the soil temperature by flame spray burn the soil seam gap to high temperature speedy for kill pest and grass roots, and slotted soil spray after burning through specific institutions the gap closed to prevent the dust, then put an end to the fire and air pollution effectively. The equipment burns the shallow soil only, do not destroy the nutrients of the crops root and the deep soil, and achieved reducing the use of pesticides and herbicides, protecting the environment and food safety.
