摘 要:通过对工业设计评价方法和体系的研究,对比不同评价方法的特点。对比普通产品和装备产品的属性特征.提出针对大型装备造型的综合评价方法。以瓦楞纸印刷机造型设计为例,将德尔菲专家法与模糊矩阵法结合,对设计方案进行评价。利用德尔菲专家法进行评价因素集的筛选,同时获得因素集和权值,然后让评价者按照因素集对设计方案进行评分,统计分值作为模糊评价的参数并计算得出评价结果,构建出评价模型,为大型装备造型评价提供参考。The characteristics of different evaluation methods were compared through the study of industrial design evaluation methods and systems. A comprehensive evaluation method for large-scale equipment modeling was presented througth the comparison of the characteristics of common products and equipment products. The corrugated paper printing press design was selected as the example to evaluate the design scheme using the Delphi method combined with the fuzzy matrix method. The filter of evlatuation factor set was performed using the Delphi expert method. The factor set and weighted value were obtained simultaneously. Then the evaluator was allowed to score the design scheme according to the factor set. The statistical scores were set as the fuzzy evaluation parameters and the evalutation results were calculated to construct the evaluation model. Therefore, this could provide references for the evaluation of large-scale equipment.
