摘 要:微网中风电、光伏等新能源的渗透率通常较高,其固有的随机性和波动性给微网安全经济调度带来了新的挑战。针对微网运行中各种不确定性因素的影响,综合考虑风电、光伏、柴油机组、燃料电池等分布式电源的运行特性,建立计及电动汽车V2G放电损耗成本的鲁棒经济调度模型,并提出协调鲁棒调度经济性和鲁棒性的不确定集优化方法。该方法通过评估调度计划的弃风弃光和切负荷风险,将调度计划的鲁棒性转化为经济成本,优化出使得综合成本最小的不确定集。算例讨论了不确定集选取与微网运行成本、风险成本、综合成本的关系,分析了切负荷成本、动力电池放电损耗成本对调度计划的影响,从而验证了所提模型和方法的可行性和有效性。Renewable sources (such as wind turbine and photovolta!c) usually account for a large proportion in microgrids, and their inherent intermittency and randomness brings new challenges to economic dispatch of microgrids. In order to deal with various uncertain factors in microgrid operation, the paper presents a microgrid robust economic dispatch model and an uncertainty-set optimization method with discharge loss cost of electric vehicles taken into account, considering distributed generation constraints of wind turbine, photovoltaic, diesel engine and fuel cells. By evaluating risk cost of wind power curtailment and load shedding, a method for optimizing wind uncertainty-set is proposed aiming at minimizing overall cost. Study cases analyze relationship between uncertainty-set selections with operation cost, risk cost and overall cost in microgrid operation, and discuss effects of load shedding cost and discharge loss cost of electric vehicles on dispatch results, verifying validity and feasibility of the proposed model and method.
