摘 要:目的 :研究微波辐照对小鼠肾皮质和睾丸中脂质过氧化产物 (MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和PKC活性的影响。方法 :选用频率为 2 4 5 0MHz、功率密度为 10mW cm2 的微波照射小鼠 ,用TBA比色法和NBT羟胺法检测组织中MDA含量和SOD活性 ,用放射示踪法测定PKC活性。结果 :微波辐照后 1、6、12、2 4天 ,小鼠的肾皮质和睾丸中MDA含量均升高 ,2 4天达到最高量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;SOD活性均降低 ,2 4天降到最低点 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2 4天时小鼠的肾皮质胞质PKC活性降低 ,而膜相PKC活性明显增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :在该辐照条件下 ,微波辐照可致肾皮质和睾丸中自由基产量过多 ,SOD消耗增加 。Purpose:To observe the effects of microwave on the contents of SOD, MDA and PKC in murine cortex of kidney and testis.Methods:NBT,DTNB and TBA were used to measure the contents of SOD and MDA in murine cortex of kidney and testis after microwave exposure. Radiotracing method was used to determine the activity of protein kinase C in cortex of kidney.Results: The content of MDA in murine cortex of kidney and testis increased progressively at day 1,6,12 and reached the highest level at day 24 after the microwave exposure (P< 0.05 ). The contents of SOD in murine cortex of kidney and testis decreased progressively at day 1, 6,12 and reached the lowest level at 24h after the microwave exposure (P< 0.05 ). The cytoplasm PKC in murine cortex of kidney activity dropped(P< 0.01 ), whereas membrane PKC activity increased at day 24 after the microwave exposure (P< 0.01 ).Conclusions:Microwave exposure can produce reactive oxygen free radicals and lead to a decrease in the contents of SOD,and the increase of activity of PKC cortex of kidney.
