摘 要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)方法研究了拉晶速率对DZ417G合金γ'相和碳化物形态,以及对合金900℃下氧化行为的影响。结果表明,随着拉晶速率的增大,合金中γ'相细化,碳化物由细小颗粒变成棒状,合金900℃下100 h的氧化速率呈逐渐降低再升高的趋势。合金氧化层主要由3层组成,氧化外层主要为Ni、Co、Cr和V的氧化物,而在过渡层中富含Cr、Al元素,形成Cr、Al的氧化物,内层形成Ni的氧化物。当拉晶速率为7 mm/min时,合金的氧化速率最低,合金过渡层中致密的Cr、Al的氧化物层阻碍了氧的向内扩散,使合金具有良好的抗氧化性能。Effect of withdrawal rate on morphology of γ' phase and carbides,and the oxidation properties at 900℃ for 100 h of DZ417 G alloy was investigated by means of thermogravimetry(TG) and scanning electron microscopy equipped with energy dispersive X-ray spectrum(EDS).The results indicate that with the increasing of withdrawal rate,the grain size of γ' phase becomes refinement,and carbides change from fine particles to rodlike,and the oxidation rate at 900 ℃ of the alloy decreases first and then increases.The oxide scale of the alloy is composed of three layer,which the external oxidation layer consists of Ni,Co,Cr and V oxides,and the transition layer consists of Cr,Al oxides,and the inner layer mainly consists of Ni oxide.When the withdrawal rate is 7 mm/min,the oxidation rate of the alloy is the lowest,and the dense Cr and Al oxides in the transition layer of the alloy can retard the oxygen diffusion into the matrix,so that the alloy has good oxidation resistance.
