摘  要:采用氧化物冶金新工艺通过30 kg真空感应炉冶炼含Ti、V、Cr等微合金元素的抗SSC高强试验钢,对比不同离线淬火和回火温度条件下的力学性能和组织形态,研究分析不同调质工艺对试验钢力学性能及抗SSC性能的影响。结果表明:随着淬火温度降低,试验钢的强度整体提高,且晶粒组织细化显著;经过700℃以上高温回火后,抗拉强度≥930 MPa、屈服强度≥862 MPa,屈强比≤85%,伸长率≥10%,横向-40℃低温冲击功≥30 J,各项力学性能满足125 ksi级耐油管API-5CT标准要求;通过微观组织观察发现,试验钢在700℃以上高温回火过程中析出了有利于提高抗SSC性能的纳米级球形碳化物M3C和MC。The anti-SSC(sulfide stress corrosion) high strength test steel containing Ti,V,Cr and other micro-alloying elements was smelted by 30 kg vacuum induction furnace with a new technology of oxide metallurgy,the mechanical properties and morphology of the steel at different off-line quenching and tempering temperatures were compared,and the influence of different quenching and tempering process on the mechanical properties and anti-SSC performance of the steel was investigated.The results indicate that the strength of the steel increases and the microstructure is refined with the quenching temperature decreasing.After tempering at temperature higher than700 ℃,the tensile strength of the steel is more than 930 MPa,the yield strength is greater than 862 MPa,the yield ratio is less than 85%,the elongation is higher than 10%,and the transverse low-temperature(-40 ℃) impact energy is larger than 30 J,so the mechanical properties of the steel can meet the requirements of API-5CT standard of 125 ksi grade steel tube.The microstructure observation shows that the nano-scale spherical carbides M3 C and MC which are beneficial to the improvement of the anti-SSC performance are obtained by the high temperature(higher than 700 ℃) tempering process.
