摘  要:以Z14生铁和高纯生铁为主要炉料熔炼两炉铁水,每一炉铁水分为两包进行浇铸,并分别采用蠕化剂FeSiZnRE15Mg3和FeSiRE6Mg6进行蠕化处理,制备得到了4种蠕墨铸铁。对比4种蠕墨铸铁的微观组织及切削力。研究表明:与FeSiZnRE15Mg3蠕化处理相比,FeSiRE6Mg6蠕化处理的两种炉料蠕墨铸铁均具有较高的蠕化率和较小的切削力;与以高纯生铁为主要炉料的蠕铁相比,以Z14生铁为主要炉料的蠕铁同样具有较高的蠕化率、较低的强度和较小的切削力;以高纯生铁为主要炉料的蠕铁其断面敏感性基本不受蠕化剂的影响,但强度受蠕化剂影响明显。Four vermicular graphite irons were prepared by hot metal casting using Z14 iron and high purity iron as raw materials and then vermicularizing treatment with two vermicular agents of FeSiZnRE15Mg3 and FeSiRE6Mg6.Microstructure and cutting force of the four vermicular graphite irons were analyzed.The results show that compared with the FeSiZnRE15Mg3 vermicularizing treatment,the two vermicular graphite irons vermiculized with FeSiRE6Mg6 have higher vermicularity and smaller cutting force.Compared with cast iron with high purity iron as the main raw materials,the vermicular graphite irons prepared using Z14 iron as the main raw materials have higher vermicularity and smaller cutting force.The section sensitivity of the two vermicular graphite irons with the main charges of high pure iron is basically not affected by vermicular agents,but the strength significantly affected by the vermicular agents.
