摘  要:采用超声辅助在AZ91D镁合金镁铝水滑石膜表面制备铈盐转化膜以提高其膜层的耐蚀性,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析膜层形貌及成分,极化曲线和交流阻抗测试评价膜层的耐蚀性,研究了超声波功率对镁铝水滑石膜表面沉积铈盐转化膜的影响规律。结果表明,当超声功率为150 W时,镁铝水滑石膜微裂纹处沉积了铈盐转化膜,表现出良好的铈盐封闭效果,提高了膜层的耐蚀性。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of Mg-Al hydrotalcite film of AZ91D Mg alloy,cerium-based conversion coating was prepared on its surface by ultrasonic wave.Surface morphology and chemical composition of the coating were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) analysis and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and its corrosion resistance was evaluated by the polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) test.The influence of ultrasonic power on the deposition of cerium-based conversion coating on Mg-Al hydrotalcite film was investigated.The results show that when the ultrasonic power is 150 W,cerium-based conversion coating is deposited into the micro-cracks of Mg-Al hydrotalcite film,and show a good cerium-based sealing effect,and the corrosion resistance of the coating is improved.
