摘 要:浮动负半径滚子推杆凸轮机构,是浮动推杆盘形凸轮机构、负半径滚子推杆盘形凸轮机构的组合创新,兼具两大类机构性能优点。基于浮动负半径滚子推杆凸轮机构的复杂性,求解的繁琐性,采用科学有效的可视影射尺寸综合方法。提出运动连通、运动保真、传动性能和接触强度四项重要约束条件,构建相对应的解析判据及性能评价体系。依据约束条件,构建面向尺度综合的统一的性能评价指标映射域,建立各性能指标间错综复杂的多元耦合关系,发现和揭示诸性能评价指标和尺寸参数间的映射规律。通过本文对象机构尺寸分析综合理论完整的探索研究,得到诸多有重要意义的创新性结论--"谷底点/脊点/脊线"、"非劣解区域/劣解域"、"双优点"、"谷/脊底线"和"壑底点"等的重要内涵和求解方法,对充分发挥对象机构的优越功能和性能,推动对象机构更广泛付诸工程应用,具有重要理论价值和实际意义。Negative radius roller cam mechanism with floating push rod is a combinatorial innovation which consists of a floating pushrod-cam combined mechanism and a negative radius- cam mechanism. The new type of mechanism takes both performance and advantages of two types of mechanisms. According to the complexity of the negative radius roller cam mechanism with floating push rod, scientific and effective visual reference dimension synthesis method is adopted. It also offers four constraint conditions, namely motor connection, motion fidelity, transmission performance and contact strength. And then the corresponding analytical criterion and performance evaluation system is built. Also, a performance evaluation index in the scale integrated unified mapping domain is constructed, complex multivariate coupling relationship between each performance index is established, the performance evaluation index is found and dimension parameter mapping rule is revealed. This paper analyzes the comprehensive theory of complete exploration research, many significant innovative conclusions are drawn as "points/ ridge/valley ridge line", "non-inferior solution interval/solution domain", "double advantage", "valley/ridge bottom line" and "the end of our lives", also the solving method are presented. It has important theoretical value and practical significance to give full play to the superior function and performance of the target organization and to promote the wider application of the object organization.
