2015年某院人血白蛋白临床使用情况合理性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解基层医院人血白蛋白的临床应用情况,对其临床应用的合理性进行评价,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对某院2015年住院患者应用人血白蛋白的情况进行统计,并随机抽查100份进行合理性评价。结果:2015年共有649例患者使用人血白蛋白制剂,涉及21个科室,其中普外科用量最大(23.57%),用药疗程1~19 d,用药目的以低蛋白血症的防治和营养支持为主;依据3种不同评价标准我院人血白蛋白临床使用合理率分别为68%,14%,7%。结论:该院对人血白蛋白的临床使用仍存在一定的误区,需建立人血白蛋白合理用药的评估体系促进合理用药,并呼吁制定符合我国医疗特点的指南。OBJECTIVE To investigate the utilization and rationality of human serum albumin in our hospital and provide references for the rational drug use in clinical practice.METHODS The data about human serum albumin in our hospital were collected in 2015 and were analyzed retrospectively in terms of gender,age,diagnosis,dosage and administration,human serum albumin concentration,the level of total protein.RESULTS Totally 649 patients used human serum albumin in 21 clinical departments,general surgery department had the most patients（23.57%）used the albumin.Duration of medical treatment was 1-19 days,and human serum albumin was used for hypoalbuminemia and nutritional support.Based on three different evaluation criteria,reasonable rates of human serum albumin were 68%,14% and 7%,respectively.CONCLUSION There are still some mistakes in the administration of human serum albumin.An evaluation system of rational use of human serum albumin should be established to promote rational use,and a guideline compatible with our medical practice is urgently needed.
