摘  要:为改善涤纶织物/聚氯乙烯复合材料的界面黏结性能,提高其使用寿命,利用自制的纤维表面改性剂,对涤纶织物进行去油、碱减量和改性剂涂覆等表面改性处理,并以表面改性后涤纶织物为增强材料,聚氯乙烯为基体制备涤纶织物/聚氯乙烯复合材料。利用扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜、动态接触角分析仪、万能强力机等对改性处理前后涤纶的表面形态、表面能、单丝强度以及涤纶织物/聚氯乙烯基复合材料的力学性能、界面剥离强度进行观察、测试和分析。结果显示:表面改性后的涤纶表面粗糙度有了明显提高,表面能较未处理纤维提高了79.77%,涤纶织物/聚氯乙烯复合材料的界面剥离强度提高了94.82%。In order to improve interfacial adhesive property and prolong service life of polyester fabric/polyvinyl chloride composites,the polyester fibers were subjected to surface modification with homemade fiber surface modifier by deoiling treatment,alkali treatment and modifier coating.The polyester fabric/polyvinyl chloride composites were prepared by using the treated polyester fabrics as reinforcer and polyvinyl chloride as matrix.The surface morphology,surface energy and monofilament strength of polyester fibers before and after modification as well as the mechanical properties interfacial peeling properties of polyester fabric/polyvinyl chloride composites were tested by scanning electron microscope,atomic force microscope,dynamic contact angle tester and tensile tester,respectively.The results show that the roughness of the modified polyester fibers is obviously improved,the surface energy increases by 79.77% compared with untreated polyester fibers,resulting in a 94.82% increase in the interfacial peeling strength of polyester fabric/polyvinyl chloride composites.
