摘  要:随着3D打印技术的快速发展,其应用范围已涉及航空航天、汽车工业、医疗及食品等各领域。美国FDA批准3D打印技术制备的"左乙拉西坦速溶片"上市,标志着3D药物打印工业化生产成为可能。本文综述了喷墨打印法、粉液黏结法和熔融沉积法3种3D药物打印技术的原理、优越性及面临的挑战,并对其未来在中药固体制剂制备中的发展进行展望。随着计算机控制、3D打印工业化及中药辅料等技术领域的不断发展,3D打印技术在制药行业的应用将会越来越广泛。With the rapid development of 3D printing technology, it has been widely applied in fields of aerospace, automotive, medical and food industries. The FDA approving levetiracetam effervescent tablets produced by 3D printing technology marked the possibility of industrial production of 3D drug printing. The principles of 3D printing technologies of inkjet printing, powder liquid bonding and fused deposition modelling are reviewed. These three methods are most likely to be used in solid preparation of traditional Chinese medicine. There are so many advantages in solid preparation of traditional Chinese medicine by 3D printing technology, such as it is easy to make multilayer sustained- release preparation, accuracy control of dose and make essential oil preparation. However, the wide application of 3D printing technology in pharmaceutical industry still needs to solve the problems of lack of production supervision, few kinds of accessories and inadequate investment in R&D. In the future, 3D printing technology will provide a more efficient and personality way for solid preparation of traditional Chinese medicine. With the continuous development of science and technology in the fields of computer control, 3D printing industrialization and Chinese medicine accessories, the application of traditional Chinese medicine preparations by 3D printing will be more and more extensive.
