摘　　要：医生与居民空间匹配均衡是实现基本卫生服务均等化的基本保障条件。该文以上海医生资源为研究对象,分三种口径对医生与居民空间匹配均衡性进行评估;在此基础上,对上海市区级医院、社区卫生服务中心医生分布均衡的影响因素进行了定量实证分析;并结合近年来上海卫生改革和医生资源调控政策,对影响因素的成因及背后的规律进行探讨。研究发现政府的引导干预政策在很大程度上影响了医生的分布,但如能进一步加强相应的微观激励,将能更好促进医生与居民的空间匹配均衡。The paper takes physician resources, exactly the doctors, in Shanghai as research object. Firstly, the spatial matching equilibrium between doctors and residents is evaluated by three statistical caliber. Then with a panel data model, the paper compares the differences between the influencing factors of physician resources in district hospitals and those in community health centers in Shanghai. Finally, according to the health reform in recent years, the paper analyzes the causes of the influencing factors and the laws involved. The results show the regional distribution of Shanghai physician resources is largely affected by government guidance and policy. It is suggested to improve the micro-incentives of the resources distribution.
