复方白花蛇舌草胶囊中莪术挥发油提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的优化并确定复方白花蛇舌草胶囊中莪术挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件。方法采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计,考察水蒸气蒸馏法中提取时间、溶剂用量、浸泡时间3个主要因素对莪术挥发油收得率的影响。结果莪术挥发油最佳提取工艺为莪术饮片加10倍量水,浸泡2h,提取6h。结论该提取工艺收油率高,稳定性可行,可用于复方白花蛇舌草胶囊中莪术挥发油的提取工艺研究。Objective To optimization and determine the best extraction conditions of the best extraction conditions of zedoary turmeric volatile oil from the compound Hedyotic diffusa capsule. Methods The extraction time,solvent dosage,soaking time,which effected the yield of zedoary turmeric volatile oil,were evaluated by L9（ 34） orthogonal experiment design. Results The best extraction conditions were： adding 10 times amount of water,soaking 2h,extracting for 6h. Conclusion The extraction process was stable and feasible,can be used for extracting zedoary turmeric volatile oil.
