摘  要:2型糖尿病的主要病因是胰岛素抵抗及胰岛β细胞功能受损。氧化应激是机体促氧化物产生和清除之间出现失衡的一种状态,被认为是糖尿病发生发展的重要危险因素。在代谢过程中,高血糖、高血脂导致线粒体产生大量活性氧,其可损坏线粒体功能,引起氧化应激反应。氧化应激则通过抑制胰岛素分泌;促进β细胞凋亡;降低胰岛素基因表达水平;阻断胰岛素作用通路,导致胰岛素抵抗等方式诱导2型糖尿病的发生发展。文章从氧化应激诱导胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能受损机制及单味中药干预抗氧化应激反应研究等3个角度进行综述,希望对2型糖尿病氧化应激发病机制有更完善的认识,并为抗氧化中草药的研究提供新思路。The main cause of type 2 diabetes is insulin resistance and pancreatic β cell dysfunction. Oxidative stress is an imbalance between a state body promoting oxide production and clearance,and it is considered an important risk factor for the development of diabetes. In the metabolic process,high blood sugar,high cholesterol leads to a large amount of mitochondrial reactive oxygen species,which can damage the mitochondrial function,causing oxidative stress. The role of oxidative stress induced by the occurrence of type 2 diabetes: inhibition of insulin secretion; promote β cell withered death; reduce insulin gene expression; blocking insulin action pathway and so on,leading to insulin resistance. This article from oxidative stress-induced insulin resistance and β cell dysfunction intervention mechanism and single herb three angles oxidative stress response studies were reviewed,in the hope of type 2 diabetes oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of a more complete understanding of and to provide new ideas for the study of the antioxidant herbs.
