摘  要:采用熔体快淬法制备了Ce_(17)Fe_(78)B_6合金,研究了不同腔室压力对其磁性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:在熔体快淬过程中,不同的腔室压力对Ce_(17)Fe_(78)B_6合金的磁性能和微观结构有着很大的影响。随着腔室压力的增加,快淬条带的矫顽力逐渐增大,但是剩磁和最大磁能积却呈现先升高后下降的趋势。XRD和TEM的研究结果表明:当腔室压力为0.05MPa时,Ce_(17)Fe_(78)B_6合金中硬磁相Ce_2Fe_(14)B的体积分数最高,而且晶粒细小且分布均匀,因而具有最佳的磁性能。The Ce_(17)Fe_(78)B_6 ribbons were prepared by melt-spinning at various chamber pressures. The effect of chamber pressure on the magnetic property and microstructure of Ce_(17)Fe_(78)B_6 alloy was investigated. Results show that the magnetic property and microstructure of the Ce_(17)Fe_(78)B_6 alloy are sensitive to the chamber pressure. With the chamber pressure increasing, the coercivity increases while the remanence and maximum magnetic energy product reach their maximum values at 0.05 MPa. The results of X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope indicate that the Ce_(17)Fe_(78)B_6 alloy has the highest volume fraction of hard magnetic Ce_2Fe_(14)B phase and uniform microstructure at a chamber pressure of 0.05 MPa, resulting in optimal magnetic properties.
