Fair compensation is the core principle of the reM estate expropriation compensation. An effec- tive way to resolve extreme controversy of real estate expropriation compensation is searching for fairness and equilibrium with consensus among agents. The three kinds of behavior preferences of profit-seeking, loss aversion and reference dependence are integrated into a framework, by which the multidimensional fairness equilibrium can be constructed to realize the consistency of agents fairness belief judgement. TOP- SIS multidimensional fairness equilibrium evaluation for real estate expropriation compensation regards economic value of profit-seeking, loss aversion value, and reference dependence value as evaluation prin- ciple, and different strategy combinations as evaluation scheme. It builds multidimensionM fair game matrix, uses TOPSIS method to sort and get multidimensional fair game equilibrium solution. The case study shows that multidimensional fairness equilibrium can effectively improve the consistent alteration of fairness belief judgments among agents, leading to the resolve of extreme controversies in real estate expropriation compensation.
