摘  要:对一支500 k V直流穿墙套管进行年度预试,发现SO2含量和直流回路电阻超标,解体后发现套管端部存在机械连接故障。提出了采用工业内窥镜检测方法,并成功应用于同类型套管故障的排查工作;通过检测和分析运输前和运输后一备用套管端部机械连接结构状态,得出运输过程中的振动冲击是造成套管发生机械连接故障的主要原因。It is found that excessive levels of SO2 and DC loop resistance during the annual preventive tests of a 500 kV wall bushing. After disassembling, a mechanical connection fault is found at both terminals of the bushing. A method for detecting the mechanical connection failure at the end terminal of bushing by using industrial endoscope is proposed. Meanwhile this new method has been successfully used in detecting the similar failure in the other wall bushings of same type. Finally, by the eontrastive analysis of splanchnoseopy results of a spare wall bushing before and after transportation, the vibration and impact during the transportation of the wall bushings is the main reason of the mechanical connection failure.
