14种紫花苜蓿萌发期抗旱性比较试验

摘　　要：为了比较14种紫花苜蓿种子萌发期抗旱性差异,试验以国内外14种紫花苜蓿品种为材料,采用7个聚乙二醇(PEG)渗透势梯度模拟干旱胁迫,对各品种的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数等生长发育指标以及苗期叶绿素含量、水分饱和亏缺(WSD)值进行了测定。结果表明:14种紫花苜蓿种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数等指标在溶液渗透势0^-0.5MPa之间均有上升趋势,在溶液渗透势下降为-0.6MPa后迅速降低;不同品种间上升和下降的程度也有所不同,抗旱性强的品种在干旱胁迫下表现出强的发芽率和发芽势以及较高的活力指数,并具有较低的WSD值和较高的叶绿素含量。根据品种的各个指标综合分析,14种紫花苜蓿的抗旱性顺序为阿尔冈金>德宝>游客>爱菲尼特>维多利亚>中苜1号>牧歌401+Z>CW787>顶点>WL323>三得利>赛特>FD4>金皇后。A study was conducted to compare drought resistance difference of fourteen species of Medicago sativa in seed germination. Growth and development indicators of all varieties were measured by seven PEG osmotic potential gradient simulated drought stress in fourteen domestic and foreign varieties of Medicago sativa,including get mination rate, ger ruination potential, vitality index. At the same time, the chloropbyU con- tent and water saturation deficit （WSD） were measured in seedling. The results indicated that fourteen species of Medicago sativa seed ger mi- nation rate, germination potential, dynamism, and other indicators were rising in the solution osmotic potential between 0 to - 0.5 MPa, osmotic potential declined quickly when the solutions were reduced - 0.6 MPa. The indicators were rised and fell with different levels among species. Drought - resistant varieties of strong performance showed strong germination rate and a higher get mination potential and vitality index,and has a lower water saturation deficit （WSD） and a high ehlorephyll content under drought stress. According to Variety＇ s comprehensive analysis of various indicators, fourteen species of Medicago sativa were judged by drought resistance, the order was Algonquin 〉 Derby 〉 Eureka 〉 Affinity 〉 Victoria 〉 Zhongmu No. 1 〉 Ameri Graze 401 ＋Z 〉 CW787 〉 Apex 〉 WL323 〉 Sandity 〉 Sitel 〉 FIM 〉 Golden Empress.
