摘 要:预防和监控结晶器内凝固坯壳与铜板的粘结对保证连铸生产顺行、生产高质量铸坯和优化连铸工艺都具有重要意义,粘结是制约高拉速连铸和宽厚板连铸技术发展的关键因素之一。在回顾前人对结晶器内凝固坯壳粘结行为研究的基础上,全面概述了其形成、传播和修复机制,并对结晶器内坯壳粘结行为的检测和判定方法研究现状进行了介绍,同时指出了进一步研究结晶器内坯壳粘结行为的方向。Prevention,monitoring and control of sticker between solidified shell and mould are of great significance for ensuring smooth production and high quality slabs,optimizing continuous casting process.The sticker is one of the key factors which restrict the development of high speed continuous casting and wide and heavy plate continuous casting technology.Formation,propagation and recovery mechanisms of the sticker were reviewed.Meanwhile,research status of detection and prediction methods of sticking behavior were introduced,and a direction for further research of sticking behavior was pointed out.
