摘　　要：衰弱是老年医学领域中一种重要的老年综合征,机能储备降低,涉及多个系统的退化,其中最重要的是心血管系统。衰弱与老年心血管疾病相互促进,互相影响,促使老年人的健康状态更加恶化。衰弱与老年心血管疾病关系密切,是老年心血管疾病不良结局的强烈预测因子,与病死率明显相关。文章就衰弱对老年心血管疾病影响的研究进展进行综述。Frailty is an important geriatric syndrome in the field of geriatric medicine.Functional reserve is reduced and involves the degradation of multiple systems,the most important of which is the cardiovascular system.Frailty and senile cardiovascular disease promote each other,influence each other,and make the old people＆#39;＆#39;s health worse.Frailty is closely related to senile cardiovascular diseases.Frailty is a strong predictor of adverse outcomes in elderly cardiovascular diseases,and is significantly associated with mortality.This article reviews the recent progress in the study of the effects of frailty on cardiovascular diseases in the elderly.
