摘　　要：卷取机是热镀锌机组中的关键设备,位于热镀锌线出口,直接影响着成品卷的质量。首先对卷取机设备的构成进行介绍,并重点对卷取机的带尾长度计算方法进行论述,对影响带尾定位精度的原因进行分析,提出了解决带尾定位精度的具体方案,为提高成品卷质量提供了可靠依据。As a crucial equipment on hot dip galvanizing line, the coiler is located at the exit of the line and takes direct effect on quality of finished coil.This paper firstly introduces the structure of eoiler, and mainly discusses the length caeula- tion method of coil tail of the coiler. By analysis of reason to influence accuracy of coil strip , the solution for accuracy problem is proposed in this paper and provides reliable basis for improving of quality of finished coil.
