摘　　要：宝钢集团八钢公司冷轧薄板酸洗线的闪光焊机的问题严重影响了产线的产能和质量,同时焊接后的焊缝光整后平整度不高,对酸洗胶面辊辊面损伤严重,造成成本较高。所以对闪光焊机进行了改进,使其达到了使用要求。Baosteel group xinjiang bayi iron and steel co.Ltd, cold rolled picling line of flash welding machine problem seriously affects the productivity and quality of production line, at the same time, after welding seam smoothness is not smooth, the acid pickling surface grinding roller surface damage is serious.So the flash welding machine, make it reach the use requirement.
