摘 要:本文通过对国内外通用规范和标准的研究,针对港口工程港口作业天数要求、影响因素和分析方法进行详细地论述和总结,给出了各国规范中对于码头不可作业天数的限制要求,分析从船舶进港、进港后船舶操纵、船舶靠泊、船舶系泊、装卸作业和船舶离泊整个作业过程的影响因素,并给出各作业过程在没有相关试验结果情况下的作业环境条件限制标准,最后给出了港口作业天数的分析方法和增加港口作业天数的具体措施。According to the study of international and Chinese standards and codes, an introduction to the requirements, factors and analysis for the number of port operation days is made in detail, which leads to the restrictive conditions for the number of port non-operation days stipulated in the codes issued by different countries. The factors affecting an integral operation process are analyzed, involving ship approaching port, ship berthing & mooring, cargo handling and ship leaving the port. In addition, the restrictive standard for the port operation conditions are given subject to no available test results. Finally, suitable analysis methods for determining the number of port operation days are put forward and the measures for increasing port availability are proposed.
